Palliative care in Government hospitals

The Ministry of Medical Services has released a circular for 10 government hospitals to integrate palliative care into their services!.This is great news as it means more Kenyans will be able to access palliative care and pain relief. However, there is a great need to provide training to these hospitals, build up a strong palliative care team. All these will require resources (personnel, money etc). Any help out there?
